What Our Technical Support Covers
Selection Verification
We verify the complete ordering code, suffix and critical specifications against the application, load data or existing model to reduce mismatches caused by regional and configuration differences.
Replacement Assessment
When the original model is discontinued or exceeds budget, we assess official successors and feasible alternatives, clearly identifying dimensional, wiring, communication and functional differences.
Remote Document Review
Email and instant messaging are used to identify nameplates, verify specifications and discuss selection. Share BOMs, PDFs, nameplates and product photos through instant messaging.
BOM Review
We check the validity of part numbers in the bill of materials and flag discontinued models, easily confused suffixes and line items requiring additional technical data.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a quote with only the complete part number and no specifications?
Yes. An exact part number is the best starting point. We then verify the brand, suffix, regional variant and critical specifications to prevent mismatches within the same series.
Can I send a multi-brand BOM in one request?
Yes. The BOM is split by brand and part number for sourcing, then consolidated with pricing, lead time, availability and open technical points.
How are legacy or discontinued models handled?
We first verify the original model and lifecycle status, then determine whether it remains available. If migration is required, electrical, mechanical, communication, accessory and software differences are compared rather than relying only on power rating or series name.
Can you propose a China-brand alternative when the project does not specify a brand?
Yes. Where the application permits and the buyer accepts alternatives, we can shortlist China-brand options by specifications, certification, industry use and budget, with all differences stated separately.
Does XIECHENG claim official authorization for every brand shown?
No. Our team has more than 20 years of China-market brand agency, distribution and channel experience, but authorization status, project protection and export eligibility are confirmed separately by brand and project.
What information should an RFQ include?
Provide the complete part number, quantity and destination country or delivery point. Nameplate photos, BOMs, technical specifications, brand restrictions and replacement-acceptance criteria should also be included when available.
