What is the minimum information required for an RFQ?
At minimum, provide the complete brand and part number, quantity and destination country or delivery point. For selection or replacement work, also include critical details such as voltage, current, power, I/O, coil, frame size or the legacy model.
Where does my RFQ go after submission?
Online RFQs are delivered to sales@xiechengelectric.com. If online submission is temporarily unavailable, email the request directly to the same address.
Can I submit a multi-brand BOM in one RFQ?
The form accepts part numbers and written purchasing notes. Share Excel/PDF files, BOMs, nameplate photos and product images through WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat so documents and technical details can be reviewed quickly.
Is there a standard MOQ?
There is no single MOQ across all brands and models. Stock items, small-quantity spares and manufacturer-order products may have different minimum quantities, which are stated by part number in the quotation.
How should I send a BOM, PDF or product image?

What if I do not know the complete part number?
Send a nameplate photo, equipment photo, any known characters or the application parameters. We will narrow down the candidate models first. BOMs, PDFs and photos can be shared through WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat.
Which BOM formats are accepted?
Excel, PDF or a clear text list is acceptable. Include the complete part number, quantity and destination country wherever possible, and use instant messaging for attachments and images.
When will I receive a response after submitting an RFQ?
We begin reviewing the RFQ as soon as possible. Standard current models, manufacturer checks, legacy-stock searches and replacement selection require different lead times, so we report progress according to the actual requirement rather than promise one unrealistic SLA for every item.
Can I request several brands at the same time?
Yes. A multi-brand BOM is priced by brand and product type, then consolidated with availability, lead time and quotation details.
