Overview
The complete ordering code of Schneider TeSys D series contactors consists of three parts: "series prefix + current specification + coil voltage code".
Simply writing LC1D18 or LC1D32 is incomplete and cannot be placed directly because the coil voltage is not determined.
For example, LC1D09M7: LC1D represents TeSys D series, 09 represents AC-3 rated current 9A, and M7 represents coil voltage 220VAC.

Selection Notes
When confirming the coil voltage, look at the control circuit voltage, not the main circuit voltage.
When the main circuit is 380V and the control circuit is 220V, M7 should be selected instead of Q7.
In addition to the coil voltage, it is also necessary to confirm the rated operating current (corresponding to the motor power according to the AC-3 usage category), auxiliary contact configuration and whether additional accessories are required.
The same current specification may differ between TeSys D and TeSys Deca in different generations. The complete ordering code should be retained when purchasing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the M7 in LC1D18M7 mean?
M7 represents 220VAC AC coil. LC1D18 only determines the contactor current level, and the complete suffix such as coil code must still be retained for final ordering.
The main circuit is 380V, do I have to choose the Q7 coil?
No. The contactor coil should be selected according to the control circuit voltage, not the main circuit voltage. For example, when the main circuit is 380V and the control circuit is 220V, the 220VAC coil code M7 should be checked.
What is the difference between LC1D18B7 and LC1D18BD?
B7 is a 24VAC AC coil and BD is a 24VDC DC coil. The two have the same voltage value but different power types and cannot be mixed.
Only LC1D18 is available. Can I place an order directly?
Not recommended. LC1D18 can only describe the basic current specifications. When placing a formal order, you must at least confirm the control coil voltage/type, and check information such as auxiliary contacts, accessories, and regional versions.
