Series Overview
Series Overview
Targeting the common motor control contactor series in Asia and emerging markets, there is a large installed-base and price-sensitive procurement demand.
Part-number Structure & Selection Notes
The current range of LC1N and the coil voltage/frequency determine the complete ordering code. The following table lists common current specifications, which does not mean that you can omit the coil suffix and place an order directly.
Representative Models
These references support part-number identification and sourcing. Lifecycle status, regional versions, suffixes and specifications must be confirmed against the complete ordering code and current manufacturer documentation.
| Series base model | AC-3 current range | The complete ordering code needs to be confirmed | application |
|---|---|---|---|
| LC1N06 | 06A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N09 | 09A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N12 | 12A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N18 | 18A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N25 | 25A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N32 | 32A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N38 | 38A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N40 | 40A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N50 | 50A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N65 | 65A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N80 | 80A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
| LC1N95 | 95A | Coil voltage/frequency suffix | three-phase motor control |
Legacy and region-specific products must be checked against the complete reference, nameplate and application conditions.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is LC1N09 the complete ordering code?
No. Ordering requires the coil voltage, frequency and regional reference. LC1N09 identifies only the current class and is not a complete ordering code.
Are LC1N and LC1D the same series?
No. Both are Schneider motor control products, but have different product platforms, regional application focus, accessories and complete ordering rules, and cannot be directly interchanged for the same current.
What is the first thing to check when replacing an LC1N?
First confirm the complete nameplate, AC-3 current range, coil voltage, auxiliary contacts and installation dimensions.
Is LC1N suitable for export projects?
Whether to use it should be based on the customer-specified brand/series, local availability and project standards. For MROs with installed equipment, it is preferable to keep the original complete reference.
