Series Overview

Series Overview

XTR is a MEAN WELL three-phase DIN-rail series, designed for 320–600VAC three-phase input, suitable for larger industrial equipment and three-phase control cabinets. Common power ratings include 240/480/960W.

Part-number Structure & Selection Notes

The model structure is XTR-[power]-[output voltage]. When selecting the model, first confirm the three-phase input voltage, and then check the output voltage/current, power, installation size and environmental conditions. XTR and mature TDR belong to the same three-phase DIN-rail direction, but they should not be simply regarded as direct replacements for all TDR SKUs.

XTR is a three phase wide input DIN-rail power supply. XTR-240/480 offers 12/24/36/48V, XTR-960 is 24/36/48V; do not follow the numbers rules and generate your own versions not listed.

Specifications must be confirmed against the applicable official datasheet and ordering information. Regional variants, suffixes and configurations are not automatically interchangeable.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I confirm the complete part number for XTR three-phase DIN-rail power supply?

The model structure is XTR-[power]-[output voltage]. When selecting the model, first confirm the three-phase input voltage, and then check the output voltage/current, power, installation size and environmental conditions. XTR and mature TDR belong to the same three-phase DIN-rail direction, but they should not be simply regarded as direct replacements for all TDR SKUs.

What are the main differences between XTR-240-12 and XTR-240-24?

output voltage: XTR-240-12 is 12V, XTR-240-24 is 24V; output current: XTR-240-12 is 16.7A, XTR-240-24 is 10A; rated power: XTR-240-12 is 200W, XTR-240-24 is 240W. Verify the complete ordering code and project conditions before selection or replacement; the series name alone is not sufficient.

Which specifications matter most when selecting XTR three-phase DIN-rail power supply?

Key specifications to verify are input, output voltage, output current, rated power. Match them against the equipment nameplate, drawing or original model, and retain every suffix, option and regional code in the complete ordering reference.

Why is the complete part number required when requesting a quote for XTR three-phase DIN-rail power supply?

Models within XTR three-phase DIN-rail power supply may differ in electrical ratings, construction, interfaces or accessories. For example, XTR-240-12, XTR-240-24, XTR-240-36 are distinct configurations and cannot be interchanged on the series name alone. Using the complete part number substantially reduces mismatch risk.
